My strengths in this area lie with the fact that I identify as a lifelong learner and someone who enjoys learning new things. I have taken numerous courses in the past where I have furthered my education in different subject areas. My weakness in this area would be that I need to focus on more specific courses and learning communities to grow in a way that will positively impact my professional and career goals.
